My step-dad used to take us there when we were kids. I remember being on that highway as a child and I almost think it might be part of old U.S. 66. I could be wrong. I just know generally NE Oklahoma, and when I was a young child there were relatives in Tulsa and in Inola that had to be visited. Inola almost became the site of a nuclear power plant, but that didn’t happen, and my relatives had left town or otherwise died off starting in the 1980s.
